Payment Processing (Stripe)

All ticket payments made through this website are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. GCMA does not store or have access to your full card details — these are handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards.

Stripe charges a payment processing fee on each transaction, which is passed on to the ticket purchaser at checkout. As per Stripe’s published Australian pricing, this is currently:

  • Domestic cards (issued in Australia): 1.7% + A$0.30 per successful transaction
  • International cards: 3.5% + A$0.30 per successful transaction
  • An additional 2% currency conversion fee may apply if the payment requires currency conversion

These fees are set and collected by Stripe, not GCMA, and are subject to change at Stripe’s discretion. For the most current and complete fee schedule, please refer to Stripe’s official pricing page.

By proceeding with a ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree to Stripe’s processing of your payment and consent to the applicable processing fee being added to your order total.
